I have always been fascinated by the business world. Once, most human beings were forced to battle for food and shelter. This scenery has evolved into companies envisaging strategies and fighting over resources and capabilities.

I strive to better understand what makes companies and managers "tik" and wish to shed further light on the relation between managers' characteristics, behavior and dynamics and companies' success and failure.

As a doctoral student at The Tel Aviv University Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration, I am focusing my current research on Mergers and Acquisitions, Top Management Teams / Upper Echelon Theory, Strategy and Strategic Change and resembling research areas.
